17-7-2008 - i pulled a ligament lying in bed

My mood while writing this blog: feeling sorry for myself

I eneded up in the caredoc last night was lying in bed chatting to a mate online and i got a horrible pain in my pelvic area, like being stabbed!! it was excrucciating! my mam was down stairs so i shouted for her and she rand the caredoc! the pain faded to a dull ache and i could walk! there was no bleeding or anything, but i was freaking out Connor didn't move for ages after the pain,it only lasted for a minute or so! the emergency doctor on call happened to be my own GP went to see him and he told me pain was nothing to do with the baby it was no where near my womb or any of those bits! the pain was in my groin.... the crease of where leg and pelvis meet, i think the "binkni line" is the best way to describe it! him sadi it was probably a ligament that hormones cause everything down there to losen and its easy to do damage... i told him that i was just lying in bed when it happened but se was convinced that i just pulled a ligament he strongly reccomened that i stop working! so i had to tell my boss today!! I'm certain its for the best tho! I'll just miss everyone so much.... but its not lie they're mile away after a few weeks not working i should start getting back my energy and be able to go see them and hangout more!! instead my current routine of work eat sleep, sick days, work eat sleep!!
