finally got back to the doc today, all is well with baby boy. I brought up my concern for his lack of movement and she said at this point i do need to be feeling him more than i am so im giving it another week, and if it continues like this i will go in for a non stress test. she said ill have to do my best to find his normal and go from there, but it will be hard since im lucky to get more than 10 movements a day. she said at this point they'd be ok with my coming in daily to check on him, but i dont have a car that works! Im still not worried since hes always been this way :) next appt in two weeks unless i go in for the nst. hope all is well with everyone

I would not worry as long as his normal pattern has not changed. My daughter used to kick all the time (morning noon and night) this baby seems a lot more mellow. My doctor said he may just be a laid back baby and as long as I get 10 movements in 12 hours not to worry. She did say that if there is a radical change in movement to contact a provider for a NST. I am sure your baby is fine....it is possible that he is moving and you cannot feel it? Sometimes I notice my belly move and can feel it with my hand but not internally. Think my placenta may be in the way? Good luck! and follow your mommy instincts.

im sure he is okay.... my little one will go like four days nonstop, and then hell be so laid back for the next four or so days.. so you said you dont even get 10 movements a day?

I hope everything is ok. Maybe he is just a very laid back and quiet baby.
