ok i need help-
im trying all the little home remedies to get this baby out and i have some thyme but how much are you supposed to use? how does it work...like do you pour a glass of tea and just put some in your glass or what? plus does your tea have to be unsweetened??
i tried googling and couldnt seem to get a straight answer!
