Just got back from Dr's 36 wk check. She said I am dilated to a 2 and 75% effaced.... woohoo=) I know I can stay this way for awhile but....... i know a little secret... if you go when you are having regular contractions BH's or real contractions, they'll call the Dr and if you are already at a 2 and more then 1/2 effaced, more then likely they will induce. That's what they did w/2 of my girls. So I think I will hang in there for a few more days and if I don't start naturally i will go to L& D. I usually deliver at 37 wks and have 7 + lb babies=) Plus this Heartburn is now NONSTOP!!! The protonix and 300 mg of Ranitidine no longer help. Oh yeah, she's been floating up and down, yesterday I thought she was going to fall out and heartburn was not as bad, last night heartburn horrible all night and still today and Dr. said she is riding high, so I guess I will start to walking, cleaning, cooking, etc..... Good luck ladies!! Almost there!

awesome news :D So exciting! I have a dr apt today but I dono if he will check me. I was in L&D on Tuesday again due to contractions 3 min apart but wasnt much more dilated then 2 weeks b4. Think I'm 1.5 right now.
I'll keep my eyes on ur blogs! :D

How exciting!!! Walking and sex worked for me at 37 weeks! I was desperate enough to have sex more than once in a day! It worked though my water broke that night! and she too was a 7 lb baby. Good Luck!
