As I sit here and cry I wonder if I did something wrong, I just don't understand what goes through peoples heads?? Ever since I got pregnant my friends in my mind have abandoned me, what I have (pregnancy) they can't catch it. They all go out and never call they all hangout and never call and when I confront the sistuation they think I am crazy, but here I am sitting home once again alone.....so alone....sniffle sniffle. Who do you trust??? I just don't get it I thought, I mean I guess I thought that things would not change. Ever since the day we announced we were expecting the phone stopped ringing they only call to see how I am feeling, well guess what I AM FEELING SHITTY!!!!! I am so sick of it! I almost feel like my husband and I are in this alone, which we should be but on the same hand support is great too! Am I wrong??? I am so hurt right now. My girlfriend rented a house in fire island for the week and I was the only person not invited she is my bestfriend she was in my wedding party so tonight I find out everyone went, everyone but me that is. As the tears of hurt run down my face I can only think why???

I think 1sttimearound gave GREAT advise! I think you should absolutely ask why you weren't invited. I'd be hurt too. Sometimes friends don't always treat you how they'd like to be treated. Hang in there and try to believe the best in them (even if they are being jerks). Big hugs your way!

I don't think you're wrong at all! However, it is probably important to be open and honest with them (without showing the resentment) to see what they have to say. Do they feel like you & your hubby want to be left alone? Are they jealous? Do they not know how to manage a pregnant friend? Hopefully you can get an honest answer from them. If it happens they still have nothing to say or they are being spiteful, then those aren't the type of friends you want in your family's life. Some people can just be so insensitive;(
