Well this weekend Olivias furniture came in and the hubby put it all together to surprise me, it is gorgeous!! I can not be happier with it. I find it so strange to walk past her room and see a crib in there I was find myslf stopping in my tracks and starring and thinking to myself in just a couple of weeks my life is going to change forever and that crib is going to be filled and no longer empty. It is just so real!! I am going to be a mommy! when does that word become so real that it is not strange to hear Mommy what an amazing word!! I honestly can not wait!! I love being pregnant but I think I would love being a mother more!! hugs and kisses to all my girls!! and lots and lots of baby dust to all that need it!! XoXoXoXo

haha yes i remember that same feeling. just walking by the room and just staring at the crib and the changing table and thinking soon i will get to use all these baby things and i will be a mommy. i felt like a mommy as soon as the dr placed her on my chest- it was thee most overwelming feeling of love and devotion for this little being that i have ever felt. i remember leaving the hospital to go home and i sat in the back to watch her as we drove and i would cry and my husband would ask me what was wrong and i would say "nothing i just love her so much" lol. i dont think the mommy thing really sunk in though till a day or two after. did you guys buy a bassinet for in your room too? although i have to say that even though my daughter is a yr old that i still feel the excitment. my hubby josh bought the new baby her own very soft pink bamboo blanket. i told him that i am so excited to put our new baby in it that i wondered if i could just practice buy putting our 1yr old in it..lol.. he said "no, thats the baby's own special blanket" so there ya go everytime is just as exciting but in a different way.

Getting the room put together does make it real. You'll be hanging out in there with your baby soon. So exciting!!
