23-8-2009 - Was it???...

My mood while writing this blog: Happy and content

This morning when I got up I felt my belly to say good morning as I always do and I felt a really hard bulge on my left side ( I had been lying on my left side all night ) it felt weird and when i rubbed it I swear I felt it move away!!! Now I am not one of these people hanging to feel the baby as I am happy to wait but I have to say I really think it was the Baby!!??? Could it have been? it must have been! I dont care what the books say!! Anyway it was so exciting but I have felt nothing since so I'll continue to wait for a true movement :)

I am 17 weeks on Tuesday and it still feels like a dream, the room is all painted and looks really fresh, I can't wait to get the furniture, Scott really wants a dark timber and while I like it I'm not fussed so if that's what he wants the cool with me!

I am so looking forward to our scan next Tues, I am really looking forward to seeing how much Baby J has grown although I can see how much by just looking at my belly! Wow it has really grown! The nex 4 weeks are going to be so exciting, my best friend has her 2nd baby and the day after that I'll be 20 weeks!! half way! and my other bestie will be here for the birth :) I'm looking forward to her being here to give me some cuddles, it's been tough not having all my friends around me, I really miss them and family... I'm really enjoying this whole experience apart from the acid in my throat and the head aches that keep coming every afternoon... it's a real dream and I cant wait to meet our little person :)
