| 10-1-2011 - almost 12wks, little pains? |  My mood while writing this blog:ok, bit concerned |
so ill be 12wks on thursday 13th! im scared and excited all in one go as i have my scan on that day and am so scared they will find no heartbeat, ill be so glad when its over and (hopefully) everything is ok! ive had a couple of small electric type shooting pains though in the uterus area, no longer than a second or so but am a little concerned...they arent stong enough to stop me in my tracks or wake me or anything but are still definately noticeable, anyone else experience this? i just want this one to stick so bad!! other than that am not feeling pregnant at all right now, trying hard to drink lots of fluids as i easily forget and can go a whole day without when im not preg,so im peeing looads more, but thats it! i cant wait to be out of this 1st trimester and in a safter zone, and once i get passed 15wks (where i 1st miscarried) maybe ill even relax a little! thinking of getting a doppler for reassurance but need some recommendations! keeping everything crossed for now.. will update how the scan goes, baby dust all round! x

thanks guys, scan is creeping up on me! yari its a real comfort to know that im not the only one expeiencing this and from someone who has already been through it all twice before. thanks for the reassurance! x

Hi Magic number, i also have those little sharp pains from time to time and sometimes i get cramps, but is normal at this stage because your uterus is expanding, some woman feels it and some woman dont. im 14 weeks and this is my 3rd baby and i always feel cramps or sharp pains in the first trimester. Hope everything goes well on thursday, Good luck! =O)
