Hello everyone!

I hope you all are doing well this week. So, just as my sister warned, morning sickness has started to kick in. Omg its awful! And its not just morning sickness, its more like ALL DAY sickness. I throw up in the morning but it doesnt end there...... Does anyone have any tips on how to appease the nausea? Last night I couldnt eat a thing. Everything I tried to think of eating gave me an ill feeling. I finally settled on toast..... oh yum...... And the same this morning.....toast......

But Im actually feeling ok at this particular moment and Subway sounds good! So lets see what happens......

Im so excited for my first Dr appointment, eventhough its still 1 week away. I cant wait!!! My fiance and I have already been discussing names, traits, nursery EVERYTHING! I know its still really early, but I cant help but be overcome by joy!

My morning sickness kicked in this week to!! Its all day sickness for me too i even wake in the middle of the night feeling sick. I find what helps me is if i crave somthingn eat it before the craving gose away and i feel sick agian like today i had a sudden cravingn for egg sandwich and i made and eat it asap lol and so far so good i only feel alittle queezy. Also during the day try sucking on a pepper mint thats what my doctor told me to do to help settle ur stomack. Hope this helps a little and good luck!!!

I am sorry for you hun! I am still free from it (due March 15) and hoping it lasts! When I was pregnant with my twins, my Dr advised at night before bed I take 1/2 a unisom and 50 mg of vitamin B6. I used it a few times, although I can't say for sure if it worked. I think I was nervous about the unisom but my Dr assured me it would be OK and would help the ms. Good luck to yoU!

Hey girl, glad to hear you are doing good. Ah, morning sickness....mine only lasted for 2 weeks tops. I would always feel bad at nighttime. Thank goodness. I would always eat saltine crackers and drink sprite. I tried not to think about it, and thankfully it didn't last long. I was always SO sleepy. Just wanted to sleep, sleep, sleep. I am so happy for you. Enjoy every minute of your pregnancy.....God is awesome to let us women have babies! Congrats again!
