Had my first and only ultrasound today. My hubby and 18 month old son were in the room with me. I hadn't anticipated much excitement this time around since we aren't finding out the sex, bu to my surprise I felt deeply moved and touched seeing our little baby. He/She had his/her hands up by "it's" face the whole time. I saw the mouth opening and closing. I pretended the baby was saying "mama". Lol. Looks like I'm going to have another big baby! I'm 18 weeks, 4 days today, and all the measurements (head, legs, spine) were coming up between 19 weeks 4 days and 19 weeks 6 days. I'm pretty sure on my conception date, so I don't think my midwives will change my due date. Anyway, I am feeling so blessed right now, to be able to look at the ultrasound photos and see our little one's face. I am going to cherish every moment of this pregnancy, and I can't wait to go through the hard work of labor, and the joy of giving birth....we are truly blessed.

oh that is magnificent!! congratulations on feeling so much emotion 2nd time round, that is awesome!!
I can hardly wait to give birth ever, its going to be an amazing experience :)
