Had my 19 week midwife appointment. I gained 6lbs since my last visit at 15 weeks. That's a total gain so far of 20lbs! Looks like I might gain 50 lbs again! Doesn't matter though, it falls off quickly after I give birth. She said the ultrasound results were great. Cervix is good, baby is good, placenta is anterior but nowhere near my cervix. Uterus measuring at 22. Baby is up high.
I hired my doula. She is the same doula I had with my son's birth. I've known her for 9 years. She is wonderful. I know I'll be able to get through labor, no matter how long or hard it is with her support.
Feeling baby move more these days. So far so good!
