11-3-2009 - 1st Fertility Appointment

My mood while writing this blog: Hopeful

Well ladies, I went to my appointment yesterday...Basically we just went over a plan of attack. She offered right away to give me Chlomid (sp?) which kind of irritated me and so I told her what I wanted to do-she agreed and so here is the plan: Monday I go in for an ultrasound to ensure that I don't have any endometrioma's (like the one I had removed last Sept) Then my DH is going to "collect" a sample and we will get the analysis done and then on the 27th I will go in and have that dye put in my uterus to make sure my tubes are clear. Overall, I am happy about these decisions I feel that they are going to be a good way to begin to figure out what, if anything, is wrong. DH is on board with this plan and we both decided that drugs should be a last option-we will if we NEED to but otherwise I feel that getting to the root of the cause is the best way to solve the problem.

So, that is all with me...reading through my messages and the blogs that you have all been posting makes me so glad that I have you ladies to go through this journey in life with. I am so excited for you ladies that have accomplished the big PG and for those of us that haven't yet, well, we just have to keep at it and not give up, we have the greatest support system right here. That sounds like a really great plan, sweetie. Can I ask if this will be expensive? Trying to decide what my next step should be... All the best with it!
