| 31-10-2009 - Acupuncture Visit One |  My mood while writing this blog:sleepy |
Ok so I had my first visit to the acupuncturist last Wednesday-it went pretty well. He asked a ton of questions and included DH (that made me happy) Then I had my first treatment. It wasn't so bad really. I have to go back once a week for about 3-4 weeks (or until I am at the place that he wants me to be in my treatments) and then I think it was like once or twice a month. He lent me a book called "The Infertility Cure" and told me to read it so I understand the Eastern Medicine vs. Western Medicine approach a little more and know why he is doing certain things. It is a fantastic book so far and I highly reccommend it to EVERYONE! DH has to take a couple of supplements and I need to take a prenatal w/o iron and a DHA something or other. That is it though.
So overall, I feel pretty satisfied with it and hope that in about a month I will start noticing a change-If you have any questions about what I am doing don't hesitate to ask. Hope everyone is doing well. Take care and baby dust to every one.

I do hope you will see good results with this. I went to an acupuncturist in Australia who specialized in infertility. She apparently had really high success rate, it just didn't work on me. What she did made sense though - moving energy to the areas needed basically. I just don't think I was ready, mentally etc, even though I wanted to be. I do hope though that this may be just what your body needs. xox
