Finding out!!
What day did you find out?: January 19th.....after only 2 months of trying
How did you feel when you found out?: Suprised it happened so fast, and excited to be a mommy again
Who was with you?: No one, but i did it in the bathroom at work!!!
Who was the first person you told?: my sister, i promised her she would be the first to know this time, then my husband"
How did they react?: he was taken back, i was so excited i didnt wait to tell him, i called him at work
Telling the parents!
How did your parents react?: my mom was excited but worried about a false positive because we were still 5 days away from even my missed period, my dad was excited......the pregnancy was kind of expected. Tod's mom was thrilled, and his dad happy just going with the flow....think he maybe gave Tod a little teasing about being too old for a baby LOL
Are they helping with baby names?: we bounce ideas off of them
Have they bought anything for the baby yet?: Not yet.......but i would expect it soon
How often do they call to check on u?: about the same.......its still pretty early, i keep them updated
About the pregnancy!
When was your first appointment?: it will be FEb 09, 2009
When is your due date?: October 4 2009
How far along are you?: 5 weeks
Have you had an ultrasound?: not yet
Sex of the baby? dont know yet
What do u want?: i want a heathy baby, a girl would even out my crew, but ill take anything thats healthy and happy
What do u think u r having?: first feeling is girl
Have u had your big ultrasound yet?: not yet
About the birth!
Do u know what you are taking with you?: a comfy pair of pj's, robe, picture of my son for a focal point, andy my makeup, and of course my husband
Are you going to videotape it?:um no, my mom will have the camera and she already knows to stay north of the equator
Natural or medicated?: id like to do it natural, but we ll see how it goes, that wasnt an option last time
Do you think you will need a c-section?: no reason to think that
Will you cry when you hold your baby for the first time?: hmmmm, i dont know i didnt with my first one, after that i was so glad it was over and he was here and i was too exsausted to cry
Do you know what you will say to the baby when you first hold him/her?: i love you, hopefully it wont be "its about time" like it was with my son LOL
Are you scared about the labour?: nah, the moment you hold your baby you forget about all that stuff anyway
Do you have a name picked out?: girl: Amelia Grace Hodges, Boy: lord help us we cant come even close to agreeing
Is your baby going to be named after someone?: at this point no, but you never know

Where was your baby conceived?: probably at home.....during nap time for the kids lol
Have you felt the baby move?: nope, but to be fair its only 2 mm right now
What was your first symptom?: i think it was sensitivitly to smell, followed closley by sore breasts
Will ur baby have godparents?: yes, im thinking maybe my sis and her fiancee
What was the first thing u bought for the baby?: nothing yet, but we do look everytime we are at the store
Are u ready to be a mummy?: i hope so i have been for 4 years now
