| 06-5-2009 - totally potty trained WHOO WHOO |  My mood while writing this blog:so happy i could pee myself |
Well its been almost a month with NO accidents from my 4 year old!!! so i feel i can safley say that we are offically potty trained. he is even wearing big boy pants to bed at night and still no accidents!!!!!!! Thank God i was sure that kid was going to go to kindergarden pooping his pants!!!
None of the little tricks i did worked, we just finally said okay time for big boy pants and after what seemed like a long time of accidents and carrying extra clothes with me BAM he just got it and it clicked for him.
He is so proud of himself and so are me and daddy! its so cute to see him come high five us every time he goes poop in the big boy potty!!!! and it couldnt have happened at a better time i definitly did not want 2 in diapers or pull ups. we celebrated by going and buying all kinds of cool character big boy pants which he now wants to run around in without clothes like a super hero!!! LOL

My son fully potty trained at 2 years old. We tried when he was 1 year and 8 months old. hilary-n-tremayne -good luck with it. Seems you guys start it very late. That just my opinion. in mongolia we start it from 6 months old. I was late actually.

That is exciting!! I'm hoping Gage jumps on that band wagon soon, he still refuses to even sit on it. I ask "do you need to sit on the potty" and he ALWAYS says "no sanks mommy" (no thanks)
