So i have our ultrasound today at 400. any tricks of the trade to get baby to move around alot and show me everything i want to see! :)

I thought you already knew your having a girl? When i went fot my 3/4D ultrasounds if baby wasn't moving she had me get up and have some juice and wait 10-15min. Good luck

i have always heard drink caffine an hour before your appt. my ultrasound tech told me that once you drink caffine, it takes about 45 mins to get to baby. good luck. let us know how your appt. goes and what you're having!! i bet you're excited!!

drink lots and lot of fluid....i was told to drink some orange juice about an hour ahead of time
