15-6-2009 - PISSED OFF, need help

My mood while writing this blog: disgusted

Im sorry girls but i need to vent.......my husbands EX wife is driving me beyond the breaking point! a little background, they were married 13 years, have two kids age 16 and 10. she has never worked and my husband came home to find her in bed with a friend of his, so needless to say they dont get along. she keeps the kids away from him and when he gets mad about it she has cops show up at his work saying he is harassing her, total BS mind you this is the woman who was sending him love notes and baking him cupcakes asking to get back together everytime she gets mad at her NEW HUSBAND and has done so since we have been together and since we found out we were pregnant. then when my husband turns her down she tells the kids that daddy doesnt love THEM! just a total piece of work.

We also dont agree with how she raises the kids, she has no dicipline, no rules and the kids are growing up to be very disrespectful of my husband because of the bad things she says about him infront of the kids. but we both no there isn't much we can do about that. when we try to instill rules and responsibilities in the kids they run to her and she tells them they dont have to listen and when we stay out of it she blames us for never being around. so its pretty much just a lost cause.

Well ever since we got pregnant and my husband has become a father figure to my son she has been out for blood and now since we ignore her and try not to let her get to us she has resorted to bold face lies and now both children are made at their dad and refuse to speak to him and its a week before Father's Day. his 16 year old son who i love but is very immature and who i am VERY dissapointed in laid into my husband and accused him of turning his mom in for a newer model(me) and getting a new family......now obviously this is all his EX talking. but now my husband is just crushed and i can t seem to pull him out of it. he doesnt want me to plan anything for father's day(which of course i wont listen to) they both said they arent coming to see him on Fathers Day and they didnt show up this weekned for his weekend with the kids. i have never seen him this upset he is a great dad. and we both have done everything in our power to make the kids apart of our family. i even tried talking to the EX asking her to cut my husband some slack and to make it about the kids not about 3 year old BS. and she just ripped into me the same way she does him.

This woman makes me so angry i can not even find words. it breaks my heart to see my husband this way, i need help ladies what do i do. my husband is just wanting to give up but i know he will blame himself for the rest of his life
