14-4-2008 - my BIRTH EXPERIENCE

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

it was my second birth..i was having another son!! on april 3rd i was having soo much pains,pressure, i could hardly walk, my legs would always be cramping and it was things i haven't experienced in my first pregnancy! so my husband took me to the hospital and walking to labor and delivery was hell for me...i wanted to cry cuz walking was sooo painful! but i made it there...got checked-in and everything and in to the room got put on the monitor and was jus hanging out until the doctor came in..the doctor came in almost two hours later and she said everything was aight and stuff baby's heart is doing good and the contractions ain't that far apart...so she asked me where was the pains i was having comming from and i told her where she told me it could be the baby's head pushing down on my cervix's thats y i was having soo much pains..so i said okay and she said she can perscribe me wit something so i can sleep it off...so she did and den she said she wanted to check hau far i was dialated and stripp me..and i was scared cuz i really didn't know wot was getting stripped and hau it would feel she said it is worst den getting down there checked up like swabbed and stuff soo im like oh hell..so she checked hau far i was dialated and i was 2-3cm dialated and den she said count backwards now and started stripping me..oh gosh i was painful! well, after that i got discharged and left the hospital, walking to the car was ohmigosh!! PAINFUL!! wells, i got home later on that nite i started having CONTRACTIONS it wasn't that far apart but wen it came early in the morning ohmigosh it started to hurt..i started timing it and i was like 7-10mins apart so i was like aight im not in active labor..i started using the bathroom more frequently and it was painful but late afternoon i lost my MUCOS PLUG and the CONTRACTIONS was getting closer and it was 6-4mins apart....but the i should of gone to the hospital but den i told my husband no im going to wait until my WATER BREAKS! so the time went by my CONTRACTIONS came a min down and it was like 5-2mins apart!! but i still didn't want to go to the hospital..around six in the afternoon my husband made dinner and we ate..i was having painful CONTRACTIONS eating but i still ate and then after that i went to take a shower...ohmigosh i wanted to cry...it was hurting soo soo much but i took a shower and rite after that my husband went to shower and showered our son and they came in the room and im like HUNNY lefts go to the hospital already..around 10 at nite we left to the hospital..he dropped me up in the front and went to park the car..i couldn't wait for him cuz i was in so much pain so i started walking to labor and delivery..was having a hard time walking but thank gosh i saw two nurses..one helped me to the elevator the other went to go grab a wheel chair...they took me up to labor and delivery, got checked in and rite wen they were putting the monitor in me one lady left to go grab the doctor and told her i was in labor...the doctor checked me and i was fully dialated..they rushed me into the delivery room and told me i had no time for the epidiorul...my WATER BAG BROKE and i had my son with in 3 pushes! the doctor said i had my son in 10mins! no medications for the pains..it was all NATURAL! thank gosh...wit my first it was all NATURAL but for some reason my second son birth was more painful den my first son birth...and i was in labor for seven hours wit my frist son lol...but my litto baby boy came out HEALTHY..it weighed in at 6lbs 10oz and 21in..i am soo HAPPY that he's in my ARMS..

all the pain and everything that i went through in my 9mons of pregnancy wit him was all worth it..cuz at the end i had my litto boy that i was waiting for, for nine months!! ;)
