04-4-2008 - LABOR&DELIVERY

My mood while writing this blog: in PAIN

so last nite around six in the afternoon my husband took me into labor and delivery at the hospital & we both knew i wasn't going to be admitted las nite but it would of been great if i did hehe..who wouldnt want to be addmitted wen there in soo much dam pain..well i went in cuz i been having soo much pains underneath its rediculous...also ive been feeling nauseated, having diarrea, and some minor contractions..wells wen we reached there i signed in and everything and did the whole check in with the nurse and she took me to a room and hooked me up to the baby monitor and the contraction minor...den she went to grab me some water cuz she wanted me to wake up the baby so i drank one in a half cup of water and my son became really active after that..hehe everything changed like everything i was feeling before i went to the hosptial...the contractions wasn't comming along like it was wen i was at home, feeling nauseated i wasn't feeling it at that time and the pains underneath well it wasn't hurting at first den it started hurting a little while after..at first i taught like wot da hell am i here for nothing...but everything i was feeling was comming along thank gosh!! so first i had training nurses come in and ask soo much dam questions den later i the doctor came in wit the nurse and the trainings and was talking to me telling me wot she's going to do and the baby's heart rate is good and the contractions is aight it ain't as strong or anything and im able to go home..but before i got ready to leave and stuffs she wanted to check my cervix and strip my inside...and i was kind of scared wen she said strip my inside..never had that happen but then she told me and my husband stripping my inside can put me in labor in the next fourty eight hours and my husband was like oh she wants this baby out already due to all the pains..and the doc was like ur pains might increase and ur going to be spotting and everything and im like thats alright jus go ahead and stript me..so first she checked if i was dialated and i was she said i improved from 1cm to 3 cm so i was really happy about that thank gosh and then rite after she checked my cervixs she like now count down backwards from ten so i did and ohmigosh that shiet hurt soo dam much..i can't even explain the pain...rite after that was all done she jus talked a litto bit wit me and gave me some anbien cuz i the pains and so i can rest better...so im hoping guess the doctor said i can go into labor and my water bag can possibly break in 48 hours im hoping she is soo rite cuz i really want to deliver my son already..this pain is soo painful i can't even walk really! i have to grab on the things jus to walk to the bathroom!!

oh i forgot wen she went in to check my cervixs she checked hau far baby was down..well the pains im having is comming from my water bag cuz i have soo much fluid underneath him but his head is downwards..lol..

wells, im really hoping the next thirty something or so hours my water bag either breaks or something but the contractions now is rediculous painful and comming everything couple mins..but i really also hope i got into labor soon before the weekend ends cuz den my husband has to leave out to sea and wen dey pull into port up north den he has to drive the duty van back that same day but thats soo stupid so im hoping so he can stay home with me i really need him cuz if i do have my water bag break and he leaves den im all alone..dammit! its jus me and my son and i wouldn't have no one to watch my son and i think ill be driving crazy to the hospital..and enuff i have a hard time walking im going to have a more harder time tring to take my son out of the car and pushing him all the way to labor and delivery..aww im so irked now..haha

hey jus read ur blog, craziness! I hope all goes well with u, and the pains are not too bad! jus hang in there. Hopefully ur hunny dont have to go. My man jus got out the army, but i told his sargeant if anything was to happen b4 he finished his time, i said he aint goin nowhere!! N dont try n take him away unless u wanna deal with the hormones!!! Well, good luck, hopefully youll be havin a baby soon!

I just read your blog and it brought back some 16yr old memories for me. Im praying for you. I am praying your husband gets to be home when it happens and just incase he doesn't please don't try to drive yourself call emergency help blessings to you and your family
