21-10-2008 - fixing the broken home prob

My mood while writing this blog:
trying to be strong

alright....i know i probably shouldnt be spilling the beans to people i really dont know but i dont really have anyone to talk to....plus i dont want to bottle this crap up....im 23 yrs old...i come from a broken home...i didnt figure that out until i moved out...i guess that i thought it was normal to be unhappy in my childhood...anyways...i have finally cut my mom off all together...she put my family at risk and that was the final straw....my parents are drug addicts...i dont like to admit it but i am b/c its the truth and as soon as i come to terms with it i can move on right??? i have given so much up for my family...happiness, money, my flipping peace of mind...i tried to get them into rehab....and that didnt work so im done...

Hey there. I'm so sorry ur going through this. I think ur doing the right thing. U said it urself, u tried to help and they didn't take it so now its time to take care of whats most important, ur family and urself. I kno what its like when u find out the people u love the most weren't what u thought they were. Its heart breaking but it makes u a stronger person. Take care and feel free to vent anytime.
