05-1-2009 - long time no blog o.O

$workin\'$ My mood while writing this blog:

sooooo...its been awhile....a long while....im trying to get all my housework done...i got on my recumbent bike today...very sad situation..i rode for 2 - 5 min. intervals...*not trying to leave too much time inbtwn prob. 2 minutes* my sides hurt and i have heartburn now...and im not done...i had to stop b/c it was beginning to actually hurt and im afraid that any pain could be bad...plus it didnt feel like the normal "exercise pain" o.O i never realized how badly lazy ive become till now...i have GOT to get back into a decent routine...with my daughter i was depressed and just sat around and ate and slept...i discontinued walking after i turned 6 months...gained a lot...with this one i actually want to lose weight after the baby *not saying i didnt lose anything after destiny but i didnt lose enough* so now that im overweight and prego im making it my determined resolution to lose all the baby weight and most of my desto weight...i know its going to take awhile *especially since i chose the last minute to do something and im about to have to stop after 2 months* i dont expect to lose it all this year but im for sure going to put an effort into it...im trying to stay active and keep my daughter active as well...but its not like we can just go outside...its cold and ghetto...not trying to take laps around the ghetto...wish me luck everyone!!! im determined!!!

I think that if you have a hard time getting out for a walk every day that you should focus on keeping limber and do floor stretches a few times a day. It is easier for you and it keeps your muscles long and lean which increases your metabolism. I started it out this pregnancy heavier than i was at nine months pregnant with my first... so i fully get the panic about weight gwtting out of hand... do the best you can and don't stress (stress puts on weight) and remember it will be nice mild weather once we re ready to get out and about again!!! Ohio is not very conducive to exercising outside :/

I too would love to walk, but it's just wayy to cold, and the people here in my trailer park are just weird.

Don't worry, I bet you'll loose all the weight after this one. You sound super determined :]
