19-3-2009 - 37 wk. update!!! plus a lot of pain!!!

My mood while writing this blog: excited!!!

this will be short... i went to the doctors yesterday and he was 45 min. late bc he was doing another delivery...so i got my regular checks from the nurse and had to wait for the doc in the little room *which was fine cuz it was getting super packed out front* i havent been gaining lately and what i do gain i basically lose the next week...so im stuck at 25 lb. weight gain..shouldnt say stuck cuz thats really good!!! 5 more than i wanted but still really good!!! well...the nurse told me not to undress and that i might not have to do cervical checks anymore since im about to be having him anyways...the doctor came in and did his measuring and listened to the heartbeat...everything looked good...no cervical check...in a way i relieved and bummed at the same time...so now i wont know if im dilating at all and i dont get another u/s bc they only do u/s to check weight and other stuff that would be cause for a c section...but since im already having a c section i dont need the u/s...he'll be here soon enough though... 11 DAYS!!!! yay!!!

well last night we went to the store and i started getting really really crampy and my left hip started going numb....it was soo painful i thought it would be funny if i went into labor and didnt even know if i was dilating...but no...more fake stuff for me!!! i know i sound a little negative but im seriously so excited...only a little over a week left and im going to see my son...reality is definitely kicking...im a little worried about my daughter but i already know i have all the love in the world to give and i just hope she doesnt feel left out....i have to be at the hospital at 6 am even though my appt. time is 8 am...2 hours before...i hope they planned the actually surgery at 8!!! no eating or drinking after midnight...easy said and done...after i have the baby my fiance is going to go home and get our daughter and bring her to the hospital so she can see lil chris....my MIL said something about calling off that day since they had already scheduled her to work that day a month in advance...or she'll just go in late...whichever...im just happy my son will be here!!! alright im officially rambling...destiny is talking to me and im jumbling words together....3 yr olds are soooo talkative!!!!
