So my cousin Lacey is always writing this stuff and I just thought I would share.

1. Happiness is something we create and if we aren't happy with ourselves then we'll never be happy with anyone else..

2. Bad things only happen to make you stronger, appreciate what you have, and open the window for better things to come your way.. ("I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together."-Marilyn Monroe)..

3. Everyone should read "Footprints" at least once in their life..

4. The only things in life you can truly depend on are: yourself, GOD, your children, getting bills, your electricity getting turned off if you don't pay it, and of course tattoo's.. ("Don't compromise yourself, you're all you've got"- Janis Joplin)..

5. A drink or ten (responsibly) won't hurt anyone.. 6. Never, I mean never, trust a shady guy!! ("When in doubt, throw him out"..- Judge Mathis)..

7. Date UNTIL you find the "right" one (what ever that is) and don't settle.. ("I always tell the girls to never take it serious, ya never take it serious, ya never get hurt, ya never get hurt, ya always have fun."- Almost Famous)..

8. You should always have more people that you love opposed to hate.. ("Let no man pull you low enough to hate him."- MLK")..

9. Don't change for anyone, God made you special just the way you are (with the exception of the like 5 people I think just suck at life).. ("Wanting to be someone else is a waste of who you are"- Kurt Cobain)..

10. Some people definitely lie about their education (*cough-cough*- LSU education)..

11. Does anyone really need 1,000 TV channels?

12. If you watch Judge Mathis 5 days a week (unfortunately it isn't on Saturday's and Sunday's) for like a month, you can win any lawsuit you're faced with..

13. You are your own worst enemy.. ("It's no surprise to me that I am my own worst enemy, 'cause every now and then I kick the living shit out of me.."-LIT)

15. If you have a child, be an awesome parent.. It isn't anyone else's responsibility to raise them..

20. Enjoy the friendly neighbors and dodge the chatty ones, cause when you're having a bad day they will come out of the woodwork..

21. (Myself included) DON'T let people use you (your home isn't a hotel, you aren't an ATM, you don't own anyone shit).. And for the people who have in the past, don't hold grudges rather sympathize because they're living a "rob peter to pay Paul" sort of life.. Plus, it'll all come back ten fold.. 32. Break up's aren't always bad.. Besides, you cant lose something you never had..
