28-9-2009 - My twins turned ONE!!!

My mood while writing this blog: SUPER FANTASTIC

Can't hardly believe that a whole year has gone by since those little tiny 4 lb babies were born! I am also 16 weeks pregnant and my hormones... I tell you what! I have cried alot these last few days... happy tears, but just SO emotional. I can totally remember how I felt leaving those little babies in the hospital, and the JOY of finally bringing them home! I remember crying so many nights because I just didn't think I could do it anymore, and I remember the first night they BOTH slept the whole night, and how many times I woke up and checked on them wondering why they hadn't been up yet.... NOT enjoying the sleep I could have gotten!! lol

A little walk down memory lane... here I was, 31 weeks, they were born just 2 weeks after this pic was taken.

Amazing.... here is a pic of them 1 week old, taking their first nap together since birth in their Isolette

1st time big brother held the girls! They were 7 wks old!! NOW look at em! My how they have grown!!!

You can hear Breanne sucking the cake off her hand - lol it was VERY funny!

We are still breastfeeding a few times a day! My Dr wants be done breast feeding by 20 weeks, so we are trying hard!!! It is rough because the girls DO NOT want to take a bottle... but we are working and I think we will have it in a few weeks! Its amazing how hard its been on ME! I am dealing with super raging hormones of every kind! lmao

Anyway, I am very impressed I actually got this done! The girls are up from their nap, so perfect timing! Hope everyone is well!!!
