Well so far i have lost 5.4 pounds on weight watchers. Even though that isn't much slow and steady wins the race. I am actually very proud of myself. My goal was to lose some weight before getting pregnant anyway even if it just 5 pounds. it would be nice if i could lose more but i want the baby more so i'd be happy either way. The last time i went through this cycle i started a diet lost 7 pounds then found out i was pregnant and had to stop the diet. I am hoping for that to happen again so we will see. if not i will just keep working at the weight loss until it does.
