How is it going? Did you have a nice holiday? We are doing great. JUst getting over having the hubb and son get over the stomach flu for a week! Yuck! :)

Using Herbs
- Fenugreek: Fenugreek has been used for centuries to increase the flow of milk.
- Fennel seed: You can use the seeds of fennel or any of its close relatives (anise, cumin, caraway, coriander, and dill) to boost your milk supply.
- Blessed thistle: You can get this in capsules or as a tea. It's supposed to work by stimulating the flow of blood to the mammary glands.
- Alfalfa: Alfalfa in a good one: it should help bring your milk in and is a good source of vitamin D.
- Chamomile: Chamomile flower is considered safe by the FDA. It's easy to find as a tea, and is relaxing.
Using Doctor Prescribed Drugs

- Get some extra rest
- Drink more water
- Bring the baby to bed with you and let him nurse to his heart's content.
