05-7-2008 - Update on life...

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

So I haven't written in a week or so. I have new pics of Alexis up weekly. My camera has broke.. =[ As of last night I cannot take any pics. My son took the camera and lost the button you push to take the pic. O well.. I will either return the camera for an exchange of another one or call the company and see if I could get that part for a low fee.

Alexis will be 3 weeks old tomorrow. Kyle has his 15 month check up on Friday and all is well. I am still breastfeeding and it's going absouletly great. I no longer pump in between feeds because my body has adjusted to Alexis's needs. She sleeps 7-8 hour nights now. I have debated weather or not to pump in the middle of the night when she sleeps but I have ruled that out since my body is making enough for just her. She sleeps from 11pm to about 6-7am. Kyle sleeps from 10pm to about 9am. So I now have some rest but still not much. I do online classes and I feel like I am not doing my best although this week is the last week of my current classes. I am going for Medical Billing & Coding.

Wednesday (2days ago) my husband got a vasectomy done. We went to a hopsital about 30 miles from home, we were to be there at 10:15am. We didn't leave till almost 3:00 pm. This was a long day for all of us since I had my 2 kids with me. I pumped right before I left, so I didn't have to feed her in front of everybody ( I am self-concious about feeding in public). I don't care if we're at a friends or family house.. but I care when it comes to the general public since everyone has different views on breastfeeding.
