I know we are all always looking for easy recipes that are also yummy and inexpensive. My aunt just passed this one my way and I have to say I am impressed. Prep time was a matter a minutes and it only took 30 min in the oven. I think it would make a great side dish with Tacos. I am having it for supper because my fiance is at work and I don't want a big meal just for me.

Corn Dip
2 cans Mexicorn
2 cups shredded cheese
2 green onions chopped
2 hot peppers chopped
4 oz. can chopped green chiles
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar

Mix all together. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese.
Better if you let sit a while.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Serve with Corn Chips or Tortilla Chips.
