26-7-2008 - things are looking up

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

happy friday to all of you. i know it was a good one for me. well to start i am going to move. i am kinda happy and a little nervous. u see i have...no let me correct myself NEED to move in with my grandfather. his caretaker needs to go take care of her own mother. my randfather CAN NOT live alone and really should be in a conv. home. as a family we just cant do that to him. my cousin and his wife lived there for like 6 or 7yrs. but pops drove them crazy and my cousins bitch of a wife quietly robbed him blind and left him broke. so i feel that it is now my duty to go help him. it will actually help us as well. we will be able to save 1400$ a month plus what ever we spend in utilities. probably another 500.the perk will also be getting out of the slummy apts that we live in and the bastard manager that we have. down side is i will now have a 5mo olf a 5 yr old and a 87yr old all 3 of whom pee on themselves! but the home is a million $ home in a million $ neighborhood with a really good school district. i am a little nervous because there are really no black people in the community. kwame is a lil nervous of getting pulled over for "driving while black" and i really dont want jaden to be the only black kid in school. but here where we are now is all hispanic...so i guess it is not much different. i am happy that i am going to live in one of the homes that i grew up in and have so many good memories in.

well, lil kwam turned 5 mo. if you read my previous blog u know that i was upset because of the evaluation the regional center gave kwame. they said that he was functioning on the level of a 16day baby. i think it is a bunch of shit. but i am kinda happy. i realized that even though kwam is 5mo he is actually only considered to be 12 weeks old. so if i do the calculations it puts him in the 5th % for length(me and kwame are short peeps), 50th% for weight and 95th% for head circ. rememeber he had bain surgery so that might be a lil off. so lil kwam went to see his new doc today and I LOVE HER!! she is going to help me with everything we need!!! kwame is now going to be able to get SSI 900$ a month and the therapy that he neeeds. plus i will be able to take him back to childrens hosp. for everything!!!YAH m y insurance says no but she ssaid that she is the boss and has pull @ childrens.

and on an even better note...i hope all u ladies are sitting down for this one....i found out that my lawsuit is 5million$$$$$$$ everyday things unfold that went terribly wrong that all could have been avoided!!! so it is a bitter sweet thing because all i want is for my baby to be healthy happy and NORMAL! but the money would be nice so i can give him the life he deserves.
