10-10-2008 - CRAZY DAY! LET ME TELL YA

My mood while writing this blog: DONE!!!!!!!

Well wow not sure where to start.. I will start from yesterday..

Thursday afternoon my dad came for a visit around 3pm during that visit i started to get contractions and they wouldn't go away they kept coming every 60seconds and lasting around 45seconds long not strong but enough to make me breathless. So they wanted to give me a shot of turb well if u have ever had it u know how u feel on it sux if u have never had it. It makes u feel like crap all jittery like i drank 3pots of coffee. So Anywayz they gave me the shot and i was fine but the contractions kept coming so they gave me another one and then another finally around 8pm the contractions stopped I was happy then i toom my vistril and went to bed slept all night long no problems.. Woke up around 7ish and what do u know contractions started right back up soo they gave me vistril to start and nothing so they started the turb gave me a shot at 8am or that then nothing all morning but still having small contractions.. Around 1020am they gave me another shot of turb because they started coming on stronger and then another shot at 1103 when they gave me that shot they also gave me more Vistril and then started another drug called Procardia to also help ward off contractions.. Well around 1140 the nurse came back in the give me another shot of turb and i told her no my heart rate was still to high so she took my pulse with the pulseox reader and it was 140 so she didn't give me the shot.. Well about 10mins after she left the room i started to feel really strange not good at all so i hit the nurse button and told them i was not feeling well... After that don't remember much just what i was told. I guess my heart was 190 and my BP 190/110 Ouch I could hear or see what was going on until they put the Oxygen on me then i started to come to but still with everything going on i guess they called a code on me i was going into cardiac arrest FUN FUN let me tell yea i guess it was the Turb that did it so the only drug i will be taking now is just the procardia for the contractions and thats it. So if it does not work i guess im SOL and having a baby early.. Thanx for all the prayers ladies iv been in the hospital now 11 dayz with those prayers.. I will update soon... TTYL XOXOXO Melissa
