26-8-2008 - here we go again!

My mood while writing this blog: discouraged

last night i got home from work and was exhausted. i laid on the couch and watched some tv, played with my puppy a little, and when the hubs got home from guys night around 10, crashed into bed. i was having some pretty uncomfortable cramping, but didn't think much of it. this morning i woke up around 3 for my usual night pee, and again at 6:30 to do the same. however, as i approached to toilet at 6:30 i noticed my tp was pink from my earlier pee. not again! my suspicions were confirmed as i wiped red blood, yet again. completely discouraged, i climbed back into bed and told the hubs. he encouraged me that we've been through this before, and not to stress myself out. he told me to call my OB, but i've been through this 5 times already, same cramping, same bleeding, and each time our baby is okay. so i decided to wait until my appointment (with my new OB!) in one week. i will be 14 weeks then, and hope to hear the heartbeat and know that all is fine.

do you think i'm doing the wrong thing by waiting to see or call my doctor? throughout the day the bleeding has subsided, getting lighter and lighter each time i pee. the cramping is still there, dull and irritating all day. feels best when i lay down, which is why i stated home from work with the covers pulled up until 1pm today!
