23-7-2008 - AF IS HERE

My mood while writing this blog: OK

My temp dropped this morning so I knew this month was a bust then a few hours later she showed. Im not mad at all just kinda concerned b/c I think I have what is called a luteal phase defect. I read you need to at least have 10 days between. So yesterday was cd 29 since my d&c and I ovulated on cd 21 so thats only 8 days which is too short. I know this is my 1st cycle since m/c so maybe its gonna take awhile to get normal, in the mean time Im gonna take the vitamin b6 I read that can help lengthen a luteal phase. Hopefully this month will be a little better, so heres to a new month!!!!!

soo sorry sweetie!.........but they do say it is better to have AF once after m/c !!.......Next month..........lets pray!sending lots of babydust for next month.................

oh dear.... it's alright. My first cycle after my m/c was a terrible mess. After the second one is when I got preggers. It seems that a lot of women don't even ovulate that first time around.
Give it a good go this next time.... bd everyday if you can stand it.... and you'll surely have a healthy baby growing in no time! :)
I'll be thinking of you. I remember very clearly how awful those periods were after my m/c.
