02-2-2009 - update

My mood while writing this blog: sleepy

OK I hcg checked saturday night and was having a little brown discharge that had stopped since then, my hcg was 3229 which I thought was really high for 4 w 6days anyway I have just been in bed the last two days with a cold that DH gave me. Well my back has still been aching so bad I constantly have the heating pad on it but it still hurts so I went to the ER to get my levels checked again and to see what was up with this back pain. Well they ended up doing an u/s and since Im only 5 w 1 day I wasnt expecting to see much esp. on the hospitals crappy machine. Well I was looking at the screen as she was doing it and I saw the sac but then I saw another one which was alot smaller. I was contemplating if I should ask her if there were two but I know they always say they cant talk about it. But then she asked if I was on any fertility drugs?wth? I said no and then I just asked her if I saw two and she said it was hard to say since its so early then she said it could be a number of things whatever that means. But why would she ask about fertility drugs? I have never had anyone ask that before so I was freaked out. I really do think there are 2, I will find out tommorrow when I go to my appt at 3, Im so nervous, then after she was done she gave me a towel to wipe and there was brownish discharge again so then I got all scared so I dont know what was going on, Im hoping it had something to do with the u/s. Anyway then I got my hcg results and it went from 3229 to 6989 in 41 hours. I was just hoping for 6000 so I am happy about that. Those numbers seem really high for where I am Im so hoping its twins, I would be sooo happy. Ill have the answers tomorrow please pray that everything works out for us. Thanks so much ladies
