29-5-2009 - Hanging in there....

My mood while writing this blog: great

Hello all you lovely ladies, havent updated lately so I wanted to fill everybody in. Well as I wrote in my last blog about the possible opportunities with a couple birth moms. One had actually picked us, well she narrowed it down to us and another couple and wanted to meet with both couples in person. So we were thrilled, we drove 3 hours and went to go meet with her a few weeks ago, it was really interesting and I enjoyed meeting her, she is an awesome lady but ultimately she ended up picking the other couple b/c they had adopted already and a had a little girl and she really wanted her child to have a sibling so....it just wasnt meant to be we told ourselves. So we are back to waiting, it gets hard some days, we just wonder when it will happen. On a better note DH and I celebrate our 8 yr wedding anniversary Monday. We are going out of town this weekend gonna hit up the waterpark and go have dinner and just do some sightseeing. Cant beleieve its been 8 yrs, but we couldnt be happier. Hope all of you are doing great!!
