Hi! Okay, I've been packing up now for 3 weeks on Monday March 8th , we are driving back to the Gulf Coast (Biloxi Miss.) I now live in Reno NV, right down the road from California it will take us 44 hours in a SUV . I have a 9 year old and a 2 mo old, I'm so worried about this move. We moved to Reno 4 years ago right after we lost it all in Katrina (hurricane)., since I've been in Reno my 9year old had a siezure for no apparent reason and than 4 days later my husband had a heart attack and now we have a beautiful 2 mo old baby boy suprise! I have made some really GREAT friends that I will miss dearly and my poor little girl has been here since kindergarten. I gave my dog away to a good home yesterday. It SUCKED! My daughter has sacrificed so much for this move and I hope she will come out of this ok, she will have to go to another school for the rest of the year and then another school for next school year. Poor baby, she has been thru soooo much these last couple of years( new brother and moving and hurricanes and almost losing her daddy. WOW! That's alot! Oh and we have to get rid of her fish also and 116 stuffed animals. lol! How do I make such a trip with a new baby? I also have a fear of cars (driving). I could just use some words of encouragement or advice or something! I'm worried about this trip~ I have a bad feeling! I'm soooo sad and overwhelmed but I guess this is what we have to do to live~ my husband has a Great job when we get there , it has been almost a year since he worked a real job! To have him at work will be soo nice, because he ruins my routine and I need to have a routine~ AND MONEY!!!! LOL! I will be on here for 1 more day and then I will be gone for about a month! Michelle..you are stronger than you know! Things have a way of working out especially whenyou are God fearing. You and your family willbe just fine, just trust in the good Lord. I am away from my family for 13 months now, heavily pregnant ( overdue by 9 days). Only God knows when I will be able to make that trip back home, I do not have a job and my husband's job is a lousy one, but we count our blessings..it could be worse. Just be positive, hope for the best nad take things one day at a time. Girl all will be fine. Every blessing!

Wow that is a lot you are taking on, but after reading the last 2 years you have had, this is a walk in the park!If you see it as an adventure, so will your daughter. 44 hours will soon pass, then your new life can begin. Good luck. xxxxxx

Embrace the journey - wow what fun you will have and what great friends your daughter will make. I move all the time and I always have a spot of anxiety before I go, but once I turn that corner - phew - its up lifting......new is fun. And life will all soon slip into the regular, so enjoy it while its fresh! I so glad your husband is healthy and able to pursue work - that in it self is something to celebrate!
