17-9-2008 - 34 days to go!

My mood while writing this blog: Impatient

Yesterday I had a doc appt. I'm currently at 35 weeks- YEAY! The doc performed an ultrasound and all the baby's parts are working well. We got another look at his little hoo-haa and this time we know 100% that it's a boy. Back at 20 weeks my husband couldn't tell at all. He pretended that he saw the hoo-haa but then at the end of the visit said, "So how could you tell it's a boy?" The baby is measuring at 35 weeks and weighs in at 5 pounds 11 ounces. Doc expects him to be around 6 or 7 pounds at birth. I'm really impatient at this time because even though it's only 34 days to due date, it seems like FOREVER away!

Trust me it goes fast and don't trust the estimated weight. The guessed my son in at 7 pounds 9 ounces at 34 weeks. I had the baby that night and he was 5 pounds 11 ounces. But my cousin they guessed would have a 6 pounder and he son came out 9 pounds 7 ounces. But trust me those weeks fly by. Enjoy the quiet. I miss it. I went to the dentist and left my son with my aunt. In the 16 minutes of waiting I fell asleep due to the quiet. Enjoy though
