Ok so this is kinda embarassing but I thought "Who better to talk about it with than my fellow preggies?"
So the last 2 days, I have had a little problem. After I got out of the shower 2 days ago, I noticed a small little swollen bump on the right side of my labia minora close to the clitoris. I pushed at it a little to try and figure out what it was. It almost looked like a pimple but without any white stuff in it. Didn't think anything of it. The next day, it was a little more swollen and a little longer, almost making a sort of path down my labia minora heading towards the vaginal opening. Today, it's even more swollen and a little sore. I've been doing some research and I think it is actually a varicose vein. I KNOW it's not an STD or anything like that but I'm a little embarassed to ask my doctor about it. I thought about having my husband look at it but with him having NO medical knowledge, I thought I'd better not because he may freak out.
Anyone ever have this kind of problem?

did u ever find out what it was i've had them come and go i think its hormonal maybe??

I would get it checked out with your GP, you can't be too careful in pregnancy with these things. better to have a little embarassment and find out what it is rather than worry or it get any worse.

Very interesting...because the week before last I got what I called a boil where my panty line was. I had just shaved a few days before and it started out like razor burn but it kept getting bigger and SORE! There is still a little bump there but it isn't painful now. I thought mine was in a terrible place- but I think you have me beat!!!
Interestingly enough I have also been getting those painful, under-the-skin pimples on my face. As soon as one starts to go away, I get another one.
