Right girls. I need your help. I wasn't going to tell everyone yet but I did 2 Clear Blue EP tests yesterday and got a very very faint line on both tests. I thought I was seeing things but hubby confirmed that there was a line each time although it was hard to see. Me and hubby hardly spoke all night because we were just soooooo nervous and daren't get excited.
We decided to do another test this morning which I did at 7am thinking I'd get a darker line with it being FMU but the line was lighter than it was yesterday! Now I feel deflated and really don't know what to think. Am I pregnant or not? AF isn't due for another 3 days so I shouldn't really be testing yet but it's driving me insane not knowing.
I've got one EP Clear Blue test left and my hubby is going into town at lunch time to see how much the digital ones are. I can't decided if I should test again today or in the morning. I just need to know now. I don't understand though why the line is lighter this morning. Why would it be? Has anyone else experienced this? Even if you haven't, what do you think? I've had a feeling that I was pregnant for a while now but I just daren't believe it until I see a proper line in that box.
I'm off work today because I've got a heart monitor fitted for 24 hours so I think I may go insane sat here alone all day with my thoughts! Please message me with your thoughts! I need to know NOW! ARGH! xx

Don't give up hope. It sounds like you are preggers!!! Faint line means a positive. Reading many of the ladies profiles on here, a lot of them received a faint line first. If possible, wait a day and test again!!! I think you have a bun in the oven!!!

hiya it's still sounding good, the digital ones are good i no it hard but try to wait till 2moro if u can. but on a better note if there was a line however faint it wouldnt be there for no reason. ill keep everythin crossed for u.as always stay strong xx

It is sonding good! I know some of the test do give faint lines. I would try and hold off just one more day at least before testing again as your hormones will get stronger daily and give you a better result. :-) I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you I so hope it is your turn :-) TC Em X

this is the list of sensitivity statistics for each brand... it does say that clear blue digital is 25 - 50.. so you defo dont want that one. BOy, you are goign to blow the heart monitor up today!!!!

Faint line is a faint line its positive!! Fingers crossed but it looks good!! They recommend that you leave it till your 7 days late and then repeat after 14 days just so your hormones levels have increased enough! My gp said that the comerical test need to have higher hormone levels than a doctors blood test too work, but try a different brand just too be sure :) good luck and lots of baby dust and sticking glue too you x

hey huni be very careful of evap lines especially on clearblue test i had 2 false pos on these!!!! (sorry if put a downer on it) use a clearblue digital but wait for a day or so for a more accurate result in have everything crossed for you i read your blogs evryday and it sure is sounding positive xxx

Hey Minky, spend the money on a digital. I know they are expensive but they don't tell lies either. I used digital one day before last time and it showed pregnant. Honestly, I would really recommend them. Boots had it for about 12 pounds. I have one here and I wish I could spirit it to you right now honey x

You are honey!!! You are.. .it's just early.. as far as i know any line is a positive, no matter how faint it is! it's faint cos the hormone needs to build up... boy oh boy this roller coaster just doesn't stop does it.... flip me honey. You are just goign to have to sit tight... mine was very faint at first and it was a few days before it got darker, cos it needs the hormones to build up.. oh hun, just take it as easy as possible and be nice to yourself, cos I reckon you're lookign after two now!!!!!!

my dvise is try a first response, and see wot tht is like, if you get a faint agen,go to the doctor and get advise frm him, he will blood test you! dont worry bout the faint tho it might be a ta early!XX
