Wishing you and your family all the best with your nephew. I hate to tell you this but I was about 6 months til I started to show....but everyone is different! I was the same way as I wanted everyone to know I was pregnant. I could have hidden it for a long time. But just wait til you are at the end and have all the aches, pains and discomforts.....lol! Its all so worth it and I know you will agree, you will be fine and that baby will be in your arms before you know it! I am so happy for you and Steve :)

I love all of your belly pictures. I don't blame you for wanting to start showing. I've heard people say that sometimes it takes a while to start "looking" pregnant. Everyone is different, of course. It will probably start soon though and we'll all be expecting to see those pictures!! Keep them coming. I'm also glad that you're starting to feel a little better now. I hope your nephew is feeling better. One good thing is, kids seem to bounce back quicker than adults do! All my good wishes go his way. Poor little guy!! Keep your updates coming......love hearing how you're doing!

Sorry to hear about your nephew. Hope he gets better soon. And as far as the bump goes it'll be a while before you start to show. I was 5 1/2 months before I really started showing. And I didn't have to buy maternity pants until I was 8months. Everyone is different. It'll come in time.

Congrats on your 13th week! I have a hard time finding my bump too. I feel it when I lay on my back.
My stomach was hurting while I read about Spencer. It's so hard for a kid to go through so much. It's great that he and your sister have you to support them.

Awww poor Spence rwhat a shame i hope he gets better soon and your poor sis she has had some things to deal with hasn't she poor girl give them my love won't you! Elisha has grommets in last year and i cried like a baby seing her knocked out im such a tit! But because its normally quite routine i am surprised to hear that im sure he will be ok.

That is sooo sad about your nephew. I can only imagine what your Sis and BIL feel like. I feel so bad for them.... It isn't right for a kid to have to go through anything like that.
You need to get out and do stuff now that you are feeling better. If you stay home the entire pregancy...it will absolutely drag by. Glad you are feeling better.

Week 13, yay. With my first pregnancy i never grew a belly til about week 16/17 and even then i never needed maternity clothes till about week 20. This is my third pregnancy and i needed them really early this time cuz it hurt to sit or drive. i was wearing them by week 10. Sorry to hear about your nephew, hope he gets better soon. xxxx

Your nephew will be in my prayers...think positive thoughts, I'm sure he'll be just fine. He is where he needs to be and has people looking after him.
So happy to hear your finally feeling more like yourself with out all the nausea! Yea for food!! And have fun dress shopping, you can always get a preggy dress that will grow with you. I had gotten a black wrap preggy dress and it looked great on with only a tiny bump, and just as good with a big ol bump!

I do hope he is okay. have fun. you are right why hsould you stay in. enjoy it while it lasts. it doesn't last long even though it feels like forever. i think i started to really feel him moving around 15 weeks or so. now he won't stop.

Hi ladies
I'm in week 13 YAY! I am still feeling so much better it's wonderful. I haven't got any kind of bump yet and it's starting to annoy me, I just want to look pregnant but my normal clothes are still too big for me so no chance of me buying maternity clothes yet unfortunately!
We had a bit of a horrible day yesterday; my 6 year old nephew Spencer went into hospital to have his adenoids out and some grommets put in his ears which is a pretty routine operation. Anyway, my sister text me and asked me to go and meet her and my brother in law just after lunch yesteray (as I work at the hospital) and when I got there she was crying her eyes out. My nephew had come out of his operation and seemed ok but then a little while later he started bleeding out his nose and his ears and was rushed back into surgery, she said he was absolutely hysterical and as she was sat talking to me she was covered in his blood, she was so upset. Anyway, he went back to theatre and they operated again and the bleeding has stopped but now he might have to have a blood transfusion as he lost so much blood and they are worried he is bleeding somewhere internally. I've been up to see him today and he looks terrible bless him but he's managed to have something to eat and keep it down. My sister has been worried sick and isn't eating again, she's already far too thin and now she's just going to get worse. There always seems to be something horrible happening for her, I feel so sorry for her and Spencer. My brother in law has been staying overnight with Spencer so he's never there on his own and we're hoping he should be able to come home in the next few days.
Well tonight I'm going to my friends house with my other friend for a pizza and a girly night, I'm really looking forward to it as I haven't been out or done much lately because I've felt so ill. On Saturday we're going to my cousins house warming party which I'm really looking forward to. We're off work Friday afternoon so I can go shopping for a new dress and then we're off Monday as well so it'll be a nice long weekend. I can't wait to get all dressed up and go out Saturday night, just because I'm pregnant doesn't mean I have to stay in throughout the whole pregnancy, I am still going to go out and enjoy myself.
Hope everyone else is ok and thank you soooo much for all the comments about the flutters, I haven't felt any yet, I just wanted to know when to expect them so thank you ladies! xxx
