I don't mean to be one of those frustrating people that's all knowing, but try not to be too anxious. Everyday, the week before my son was due, I woke up thinking that today was the day. And guess what, I went into labour at 1:30 am on the day he was due. He came right when he said he would. lol. Good luck, I truly hope you don't have much longer to wait, and keep up the walking!!

Feel for you, but baby will come when he/she chooses too...lol. My other friend was due Aug 26, and she jsut delivered on Sept 6...a beautiful girl...so hoping you don't have much longer for your miracle. Just enjoy these days and maybe, if you don't think about Baby H...baby will decide to finally arrive. Take care and hope to hear news soon! :)

could try swimming if you can bring yourself to do it! saying that i went on my due date and 7 days after my due date! lol! Enjoy your last few days of pregnancy hunnie , because you do miss it when its gone ! Ofcourse you will have your bundle of joy to keep you occupied but i found that after both my pregnancies i missed my bump as you get so use to it being there ! Anyway good luck and I hope all goes well !

I know exactly how you feel! My due date was yeaturday and I have no signs of labother either! My doctor did a sweep on Wed and it didn't work! Since this is my 3rd baby I though I wasn't going to reach my due date but I was wrong! Good luck!

yip eat as much as you can cause in a few days you will be on a bloomig diet!!! only kidding!! noi was starving then went right off my food before labour with my first baby. lots pelvic rolls . legs bent hand on hips and grind your bottom like you are in a jay z music vid.. helps to open the pelvis up apparently!! dont too it too much tho your poor hubby will think hes getting a lap dance!

I am so super excited for you! I also wanted to let you know about Wave of Light at 7pm all around the world on Oct 15th. It is to light a candle in memory of miscarriages, etc. You have come so far and I have prayed for you daily!! Hope you have a wonderful delivery. I know you are so excited. helen that feeling of pressure, yes thats baby h moving further down, when you get that DONT sit down!!, i know it hurts but try to keep doing stuff its that feeling that will help you soften. i really hope he/she will come soon, but if nothing does happen then im glad your gonna have a sweep, it really hurts but if your soft enough it will work! good luck xx

sticky sticky labor dust to you! You know, a sweep really worked with my son, he was 2 days early which was great! But we moved so I had to get new doctors, and Iwas never given a sweep with my other two. And you know I was 4 days late with my youngest. BLEH! Hi ladies
I thought I would do a blog every couple of days now just to update you all - not that there's much to say!
Only 4 days until my due date now. Still no sign of baby Hudson coming any time soon though.
I gave in and we had sex on Tuesday night to try and induce labour but that didn't work (Steve was very happy though). We will be having another go tonight to see if anything happens (much to Loubyxxx's disgust ha ha). I'm sure any woman who has gotten to 39 weeks pregnant understands that you'll do anything to get things moving.
I've eaten a full pineapple in 2 days, I've had a curry, I've bounced on my birthing ball and done lots of walking but nothing is happening. I know baby H will come when he/she is ready and I am a bit sick of everyone saying that to me now but I am ready now, I am so excited and I just want him/her here NOWWWWW!
I've noticed that the last couple of days I've been extremely hungry, more hungry than usual so I am eating every couple of hours. Must be the baby taking all the food off me! I hope he/she isn't going to be huge!
I've just been round Tesco and done my weekly food shop and then I took Jack for a walk and I must admit that I felt a lot of pressure down there whilst I was walking and I couldn't wait to get home so I could sit down, it was a bit painful but now I'm sat down the pain has gone. Hopefully baby H was getting lower down and getting ready to come out!
I'm glad it's the weekend as Steve will be home all weekend and the days always go so fast when he's off, then we'll only have Monday to go and we'll be at my due date. We're going out for a meal tomorrow again for something to do and then I'm going to take Loubyxxx's birthday presents round for her, it's her birthday on Wednesday and I'm hoping I'll have my baby or at least be in labour by then! I see the midwife Wednesday and I am going to ask for a sweep if there is still nothing happening.
I'll update again if there is any change. Good luck to anyone else who is due in the next week or so and congrats to all of the lucky ones who have already given birth! xxxx
