My mood while writing this blog: Sooo Much Better |
Hi ladies
I can't believe my little boy is already a month old! Where did that month go? He is doing soooo well. He even slept through the night on Monday, he went from midnight until 7am without even waking up, how good is that!
He is so well behaved, he only ever cries when he wants feeding and I take him all over the place walking or in the car, shopping and out for meals and he's always as good as gold.
I went to get him weighed today and he's put on 1lb 3oz in a week and now weighs 10 lb 4 oz. I love the way he's getting fatter all over his body, even his little legs are filling out now.
I am feeling so much better, my panic attacks have stopped and I am learning to enjoy every minute of motherhood instead of worrying all the time. I used to feel sorry for Joshua every time I looked at him (I don't know why) and now I just feel so pleased that he is doing so well. I love him sooooo much, I can't stop kissing him and snuggling him.
I have still only left him for 1 hour which was a few weeks ago, apart from that I haven't been away from him which is just how I like it! I even miss him when he's asleep because I can't kiss and cuddle him!
Anyway, I must go as my tea is in the oven and my gorgeous boy is having some happy awake time. Hope you're all well, sorry I don't have time to comment on blogs anymore but my days are pretty busy right now.
Love Helen, Jack and Joshua (piglet) xx

Thursday, 15 Oct Glad you feel better, once you've got some rest it's a breeze, know what you mean about leaving them, it's just too good to stay at home! I was blessed with a LO that slept through too and i am thankful every day lol expecting-2b-patient -
Thursday, 15 Oct Good for you Mommy! You are becoming your own and so is Joshua! I think they are so scary when they are first born, especially when it's your first. But then they begin to get chubby and it doesn't seem like they can "break" as easily. I can't wait for my miracle! reila -
Thursday, 15 Oct When Aidan was first born the first 2-3 weeks were the craziest and then it just got better. There will still be those days where you want to pull your hair out here and there, but there will be even more days where they just take your breath away and they are just worth everything.Glad everything is going great!
