My mood while writing this blog: Happy Mummy |
Hi everyone
How are you all? So sorry I don't get chance to chat to you all like I used to, it's just mummyhood keeps me soooo busy, I can't believe how fast the days and weeks go!
Joshua was weighed today and is now 12lb 4oz, he's getting nice and chubby and I love it!
He has his injections on the 18th and I'm absolutely dreading it. I'm hoping my sister will come with me because I know I'll get upset.
For the last 2 nights he's slept through the night from 11pm until 7am or 8am, it's been so nice getting a full nights sleep although I do wake up and look at him every hour or so and listen to him breathing. I'm hoping he sleeps through all the time now but I know it's still a bit early for that.
I am thoroughly enjoying motherhood, some days I find it a bit stressful but most of the time it is just pure joy looking after him. Steve has 6 days off work soon so I'm really looking forward to us doing lots of things together as a family.
Haven't really got much else to report.
I hope all of you are doing well and I hope to have more time soon to speak to all of you. xx

Wednesday, 18 Nov glad to hear all is going well for the three of you, i know what you mean about the injections i could never do any of mine!, i used to make tom go in then i would give the cuddles after. i hope the sleeping through lasts, its not that early for him, most of mine were around that age when they started. xx jen -

Monday, 9 Nov Bless, we totally understand that it is not easy to find time to get on here to chat! I find exactly the same thing. Time really does fly. I cant believe I have to go back to work soon. Thank goodness I dont have to leave Emily-Rose. GREAT that Joshua is sleeping through. It is lovely to feel nice and rested when you get up in the morning and see their smiling face :) I understand why you are worried about the injections. Steve came with me for Emilys. I made him hold her! lol. I sat at the back of the room and had a few tears. She was totally fine after a few mins, but did get grumpy in the evening so we gave her 2.5ml of Calpol and she was fine again x x hayley bubs -
Sunday, 8 Nov hi , dont worry too much about the injections , i always worry about them but when they have them done they cry for a little then they are fine after that , maybe a bit grumpy , they tell you to give them calpol , which we do and he is much better after that . Abigails Mommy -
Saturday, 7 Nov Glad to hear everything is going well! He's about the age Abigail started sleeping through the night so maybe he'll continue for you. As for the shots, they are quick and just love on him afterwards. Even now at 2 Abigail only cries for a sec and then she's excited about the bandaid and "boo-boo". expecting-2b-patient -
