My mood while writing this blog: Great |
Hi everyone
How are you all? I can't believe it's been 3 weeks since I last wrong a blog. The time is flying by soooo fast, my piglet is already 10 weeks old! How can that be?
He is so chunky and funny now, he weighed 13lb 6oz last week so I should think he'll be over a stone when I have him weghed this week.
He loves light fittings, it doesn't matter where we are, he'll find the light fitting and just sit smiling and laughing at it, it doesn't even have to be turned on. He's sleeping for 11 or 12 hours most nights now and is awake most of the day so I don't get much done in the day but it's so nice to have so much time to play with him and take him places.
I'm soooo excited about christmas this year, I know he won't know what's going on but it will be so nice to wake up xmas morning and it not just be me and Steve. We're having our christmas dinner at home just the 3 of us (and Jack) and we're having people round in the morning to swap presents. We go to my mums xmas eve for the adults to swap presents and have a little party. I just can't wait! It's unusually warm here in the UK for this time of year so I'm hoping it gets a lot colder before xmas gets here as it doesn't feel right. I'm putting my tree and decorations up on 1st December, I just can't wait any longer than that.
I have 4 more pounds to lose to get back to my pre pregnancy weight so I've lost 29 pounds in 10 weeks which isn't too bad.
We are having our first night out in December in a year. My parents are having Joshua over night and I'm absolutely dreading being apart from him. I have still only left for an hour at a time while I do my food shopping so being apart from him for a whole night and morning is going to kill me but he'll be in the best hands there is. I just know I will be waking up about 7am the next morning and going straight to pick him up.
That's all I have to report, I am so excited about having another baby in the future. As soon as Joshua is 1 we are going to start trying again, I can't wait to be pregnant again.
Hope you are all well and happy xxx

Tuesday, 24 Nov I'm glad everything is going well. He sounds like a happy little baby and it's good he is sleeping so much for you. I'm sure you are way excited for Christmas, I was the same way last year and even more this year because Tavia will be 16 month. She still will not under stand what is going on, but she'll be able to open presents. Oh and for him staying the night at your parents maybe hard for you and you are right, we'll be over there at 7am to get him... I was the same way the first few times Tavia stayed at my parents, but it will get easier and it's much needed. J9 -

Tuesday, 24 Nov How wonderful Helen....mommyhood is such a wonderful thing isn't it?!! The first time Cody was away for a whole night, we actually went to a wedding in another state, and I called all the time! We left the hotel very early in the morning because we wanted to get back to him so bad!! It is difficult, and you have to keep reminding yourself that they are in good hands, but you will have many times where you think about him and just have to call! It's normal, but try to enjoy evening out!!! Can't wait to hear about the next baby story! EricandCalebsMommy -
