30-6-2009 - 25 week Update

My mood while writing this blog: JUBILANT

I went to my 25 week appt and everything went GREAT!!!! I woke up with my stomach bubbling (which can NEVER be a GOOD THING) and it seems that my hubby hit every bump possible on the way there LOL... We get there and get seen and for the first time my doctor measures my fundal height and I am measuring at 26 inches which is fabulous and as of today I am (+)2 on my weight gain...total. Now before you ladies get disgusted with me, I lost 8 lbs due to morning sickness and the medication they had me on for my PCOS and fibroids so I am right on track. My husband got in on asking questions about calcium, back pain management, and then he asks if I am not gaining enough. The other questions I expected him to ask but the weight gain question totally floored me. So I answered him before the doctor could answer him (LOL) and told him WE WERE FINE!!! The doctor said she would like me to gain more weight which I have NEVER IN MY LIFE been told but she said I was ok .... After our great appointment, hubby took me to BabysRus (parked in the expectant mother parking YAY) with the purpose of "cleaning up our registry". Well, he sends me to the car after an hour and comes out with $300 worth of clothes for our little angel....I thought I had a shopping problem LOL.... Hubby ends up taking me on a date to eat Hibachi (our favorite) and ice cream ...think he is trying to fatten us up??All in All, today was an excellent 25th week day....

For once, I get to blog about something positive in my life. God really does bless me daily and I will start to blog more about my many miracles instead of always complaining...

Ohhh, I had a nap in between my appointment and shopping and I had a dream of my little baby drooling on my cheek and just loving on me and he was ADORABLE....awwwwww
