27-4-2009 - Dr appt today 30 weeks

My mood while writing this blog:
FAT but hungry

Well ladies I had a checkup today. Baby is healthy and on track but got a long lecture from the doctor about my weight and how I'm gaining to fast and I need to not drink soda or eat tons of fatty stuff...ugh!!!! You know what I say to that? Poop to you doctor, I do what I want! haha...I seriously don't care because I have the rest of my life to eat right and excercise. This is the only time that I can eat and eat and eat and not feel bad about it so I'm taking advantage of it dammit!!! No feeling depressed for me....but so far I have gained 30 pounds already...eeeeeeee...I think it's in my bra to be honest haha...I need to post a belly pic so you guys can tell me what you think...I started at 150 and now at 180...with my son I started at 160, lost 10 pounds to 150 and weighed 196 when I delivered...I lost 30 pounds in the first month...It actually took about 10 months to get the extra 20 off but that's because we had to move in to my MIL's house for awhile till we got our house and damn they made some good food in that household haha...anyways ladies once again thx for listening!

I feel the same way, who cares you have time to work it off. As long as you don't have medical conditions arise I wouldn't worry about it. Heck you can't stop yourself from gaining wait this is the time where you will gain a pond a week and you have 10 weeks to go. And this weight gain is all from the baby.

Don't stress everything will be just fine.

Don't feel bad at all about the weight thing...I gained 35 so far...but my doc said I'm retaining A LOT of fluids...and you def can see that...we don't have much longer...so enjoy

My doctor said the same thing, I also have gained about 30 lbs and I felt awful after my visit. Like I was some big pig and I really don't eat that much junk food. I can't help it that I want to eat all time and like you said this is my only free pass to eat whatever I want, scew them. You look great and I think I'm doing just fine myself . Eat on girl!

I am what you are 150 but I am 183 today.. My DR. said that I am gaining just fine and not to worry, so tell your DR. unless you passing out and your BP is through the roof to chill

I hear ya at my 26 dr appointment I had already gained 30 pounds I say the same thing though to the dr. I dont do sweets all the time but I have to sometimes so my little girl can be sweet!

yeah, don't feel bad. I have gained alot also but I am so glad my doc hasn't said anything, I mean come on - Do we really need a doctor to tell us we are huge?!? I think we've got that one figured out already. :)
