| 28-4-2009 - How am I going to eat the next 6 weeks?!?!? |  My mood while writing this blog:HMPF!!!! |
So I've never been the blogging type but man these past 3 days have been pretty eventful in my dull life. So I had a dentist appt today. It wasn't a normal appt. I have braces and they were supposed to remove my braces and reposition them and put them back on...well them removing the braces didn't hurt but when the sanded down the glue that was left on my teeth...oh man that hurt so bad! I almost bit my orthodontist haha...anyways so they put back on the braces but they said that since they are putting new brackets on my back molars that didn't have them before I would have to put "bumpers" on so I don't bite them off. With these bumpers I cannot close my mouth...well I can close my mouth but I cannot bite down all the way. Now tell me, how the hell am I suppose to eat? I can't chew crap if I can't bite down to chew haha. My next appt is in 6 weeks. What am I supposed to eat for 6 weeks? Baby food? This really sux! Well I guess the doctor got their wish and I'm going to not be gaining any weight because I CAN'T EAT!!!! haha, I'm so sad :-(

Wow, that sounds painful. I have braces, and as much as I want them off, I don't want them sanding down that glue. I've heard nothing but bad stuff about that. I hope you find something to eat. The first week I had my braces I lived off of soup, yogurt, applesauce and other mushy things.

pudding and jello...with cool whip of course lol and icecream...i could survive on that for 6 weeks haha!!! but seriously i feel for ya...it's gonna be sooooo hard :/

That sucks.. I would call the dentist now and tell him. When I got my invisalign that happened. They had to fix my brackets.. My teeth were so sensitive to chew for the first week each time I had to change them.. Man I need to do that again after Avery is born. Good way to loose weight.. LOL

you ladies are going to make me throw up with the blending haha. My step mom said to eat alot of ice cream too haha. I didn't even think to ask my dentist until I was driving away!
