18-1-2009 - Owen 5 1/2 month\'s

Owen's growin' like a weed. We started him on solids...mostly single grain cereal and fruits and veg and he loves it all! He weighs 18lbs, 4oz now and we anticipate he'll be close to 20lbs by the time we have our 6 month check up. Can't believe its been 6 months already and here I am already thinking of having another baby!!! Anybody else having similar thoughts? I'm currently debating whether or not I should stop breastfeeding. I feel somewhat selfish, but want my body back and am actually getting a sore upper back from my boobs being so big. I figure 6 months of b/feeding is good for him? I know its a personal choice, that's probablly what's causing me such angst to decide. Other than that, all is well. I have about 10lbs of pre-pregnancy weight to get off, but have begun running again and am sure that will come off pretty quick. I hear that b/feeding can store up to 10lbs in your body as well, so that will help. Hope everybody else is doing well! Happy New Year!!!

def BF is a personal choice, only you can decide, i will do it til 1 year.
