Ok, I really want Tuna! And I have chunk light in the pouch. I ate a little bit of it, but then I got scared that I'm not supposed to eat it. Does anyone know for sure? I looked online and there are lots of oppinions. I know this is a dumb blog, but I just wanna know! haha

I've heard the same thing. One can once a week is ok. Much more than that and you get too much mercury. My bff ate exactly one can a week through her entire pregnancy. She loves tuna, and she's fine and baby is great.

oh, and canned/pouch tuna - all the same :) and no, this is not, in any way, a dumb blog! :)

You are fine with canned tuna, especially if you are just having it once a week. The mercury levels are minimal as long as you are not eating can after can. Eating fish has good Omega - great for baby (and your) brain! Stay away from raw tuna (sushi).
