Good for you hun! I was not able to exercise until two months ago (I had a back injury) so I weigh more now than when I had my baby, but I've lost 5 lbs this past month, and I am on my way back to my goal weight. I've been using my eliptical, and belly dancing (lol!) also lemon for some reason curbs my apetite!

I'm proud to say that with cleaning, walking, bike riding, and eating better I've lost 3 more pounds. With a grand total at 13lbs LOST!!! I'm in a size 17. I'm so proud of myself. I'm loosing and yet gaining so much in my marriage and family. I'm so happy and it feels WONDERFUL!!! I hope to keep up the good work and I'm not ready to post pictures because I think its still hard to see (yet some people recognize) I'm waiting to post a picture when I've lost my first goal. 20lbs
