16-4-2009 - Kimberlys 2nd Birthday

My mood while writing this blog: HAPPY

Hello Ladies,

Today is Kimberly’s 2^nd birthday and I couldn’t be more proud of her. She is learning and doing more things everyday. She is very sweet and outgoing. She also has a temper that makes you want to loose your mind. The good out weighs the bad though!!!

Kimberly is talking like crazy saying new words and sentences everyday. She’s also potty training herself and even knows how to hold her dress so she doesn’t get #1 or #2 on it. She has her days and moments of when she doesn’t go but then there are other days that she does AWESOME. I’m not going to heavily train her till she’s 2 ½ and I know she truly understands what she’s doing.

We didn't do anything huge today since I had dance and everyone has to work. We had a small Day Care party with cup cakes and candles. I also took the girls (Clarissa, Olivia, and Kimberly) swimming today for something special for them to do. They had a blast as always. We then went to the park and had a picnic (With all of Kimberly’s favorites). They enjoyed playing out side for about an hour. We then had to head back home for nap time.

After nap time we painted another favorite of Kimberly’s. I also made her a simple coloring book with spring pictures in it. I Goggled free coloring pages and found a bunch of neat pictures. I put on each page a special place for her name and the date. That way I know when she colored pages. I haven’t put it together yet because I’m waiting till she colors all the pages. I’m keeping the pages in 2 folders (I made) that way I have one folder for colored picture and one for going to be colored picture.

I hope to post a blog on her party day as well and share all of those memories too. When I get some pictures up I will post those in a blog and label it Kimberly’s 2^nd birthday.
